When does GST apply to course fees?

From July 1, 2009.

All prices quoted assume individual registrations from members of the public.

In most cases these courses do not attract gst.

However the Australian Tax Office has advised that organisations or employers that register participants for certain training courses will be charged gst (which can usually be claimed back).

These courses are marked with an asterisk -  gst free*.

The asterisk means employers are required to pay GST.

GST is included in all listed prices.

All LGTI quotations and invoices for industry clients will itemise gst where appropriate
